Eli Lilly Kinsale
Radley Engineering were awarded the installation of Boiler 5 and the Natural Gas Ringmain at Lilly in Dunderrow. Now nearing completion, this included the removal of two boilers to be replaced by a single boiler of greater capacity. With the installation of the ringmain came the fitting of pressure control stations and all associated instrumentation.
Merck Sharp & Dohme UK
Radley Engineering completed on schedule a number of clean systems which included clean steam and process lines for March Sharp & Dome as part of the NSBB upgrade project. This project was completed over a 3 month period on site back up by our high purity fabrication facilities at our workshop.

Pfizer Ireland
Radley Engineering has completed the Kilo Lab. Upgrade modules for Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceutics in Ringaskiddy Cork. These modules were manufactured to the highest standard which included orbital welding of both 316L and Alloy materials.

GlaxoSmithKline UK
Radley Engineering completed on schedule new purified water loop on site for GlaxoSmithkline UK. This project was completed over a 3 month period on site which involved the installation of a loop which serviced new laboratories/clean rooms in an existing building.

Schering Plough P6
Radley Engineering as the main mechanical contractor has completed on schedule the new P6 Hydrogenation project for Schering Plough Rathdrum. This facility was completed over a 5 month period on site which involved the installation of 7000 meters of pipe and the fabrication and installation of 9 PAVs (Pre-assembled Volumes).
This project also involved the installation of hydrogenator, hastelloy reactors, chillers and pumps. This project involved the fabrication and installation of a number of PAVs were installed on site as a complete pipe rack. From a safety point of view this numbered the hours working at height on site considerably. This Pie rack fabrication can be viewed on our (Add Link) It is on photo gallery in the skids

Heron Tower
Radley Engineering has completed the Heron Tower Mast for Skanska who are the project management team constructing the Heron Tower in London. This project when complete will be city of London tallest building.
This mast which is fabricated from 2205 Duplex material stands at over 50meters and at it highest point is 246m over sea level. This project is 1.3 meters at it starting point and is anchored 20 meters inside the main structure of the heron tower using fiscous dampers and heavy duty springs. The project was fabricated over a 6 month period in our works all welding was visually inspected by a third party inspector and supported by 100% radiography.

Genzyme FFCE
Radley Engineering as the main mechanical contractor has completed on schedule the new Fill Finish Capacity Expansion project for Genzyme Ireland. This facility was completed over an 8 month period on site which involved the installation of 8,000 meters of pipe.
This project involved the installation of three lyophilysers and associated vial washing, filling and capping lines. Radley's also installed clean steam and PUW generators and all associated clean system pipe work. In addition to all of the clean systems above we also installed the air handling equipment and the HVAC systems.

Merck Sharp & Dohme Carlow
Radley Engineering main mechanical contractor have completed on schedule the new Merck Sharp & Dohme VBSF Facility in Carlow Ireland. This facility was completed over an 8 month period on site which involved the installation of over 17,000 meters of pipe and 133 modules.
This project also involved the installation of boilers, vessels, heating and cooling skids, vacuum pumps, compressors and other equipment. All associated pipe work including clean systems. These clean systems included vial and syringe filling lines as well as purified water and WFI loops. This project was as also award the CISE (construction Industry Safety Excellence) International project of the year title.
